Our company began by providing customs clearance services, becoming a reliable partner for clients who value professionalism and efficiency. From the very start, we set out to make the customs clearance process as transparent, fast, and convenient as possible for our customers.

GBS is an official customs broker cooperating with FedEx, a multinational logistics company. Our mission is to ensure a fast and seamless customs clearance process for our clients.

From the outset, we focused on expanding our presence in key logistics hubs. Since 2018, our offices have been operating at Moscow’s Domodedovo and Sheremetyevo airports. This step was a major milestone for the company, allowing us to get closer to our clients and respond to their needs promptly.

Our company continues to grow by opening new offices in strategic locations. Opening an office at Moscow’s Vnukovo Airport was a key step in strengthening our position in logistics and customs clearance. This office became an essential link in our network, ensuring efficient communication with clients and partners.

Opening an additional office in Smolensk marked another significant stage in our development, helping to improve operational efficiency.

We launched end-to-end solutions for parcels from China and Hong Kong. Our new service covers all stages of the logistics chain: from first-mile pickup and international transportation across multiple modes to customs clearance and last-mile delivery across Russia.

This project was an important step in our company’s development, addressing the growing demand for comprehensive logistics services. We offer clients a full range of logistics solutions, ensuring transparency, reliability, and smooth operations at every stage.

We opened fulfillment warehouses in China and Turkey, allowing us to provide high‑quality storage, consolidation, and cargo handling services, ensuring fast and uninterrupted delivery.

In addition, we launched new logistics channels China, Hong Kong, Turkey, the UAE, India, and Poland. This expansion enables us to cover more markets and provide clients with flexible and reliable international transportation solutions.

GBS obtained the status of e-commerce operator in accordance with Order No. 62n of the Russian Ministry of Finance and became a Foreign Economic Activity (FEA) participant handling the delivery and declaration of express shipments for individuals. This allows us to offer modern solutions for the fast and convenient processing of international shipments, meeting high quality standards.

Furthermore, we expanded our own infrastructure by opening five temporary storage warehouses in Moscow, Novosibirsk, and Blagoveshchensk. We continue to invest in developing our logistics network to provide our partners with the most convenient and efficient services.
